How To Order a Headstone

The easiest way to get started is to call our office or visit our store so we can collect some background information to ensure the type of memorial you’re interested in will be allowed at your cemetery.  Once that is determined, we will be your single point of contact throughout the process, from selecting the granite and creating the design to the delivery and installation at the cemetery.  Keep reading to learn more about how we can work together.

Ordering In-Store

Many of our customers have never ordered a gravestone before and prefer to do so in person so they can see the colors, designs and textures up close. City Monument offers an extensive headstone display so you can be sure you make the best choice for your loved one. Our office is open 6 days a week to better serve you. Appointments are not required but we do suggest calling ahead to ensure we’ll have a staff member available to assist you.

If it’s inconvenient for you to come to our store, we are happy to take your order over the phone at (305)-594-4628.  Check out our headstone purchasing process page before calling so you will have all the necessary information handy.  If you have found a gravestone on our website that you like, note the design ID.  Then, give us a call at  and we will collect your information over the phone.

Here you will find a large selection of pictures of all types of cemetery monuments.  To place an order or for more information, push the “Inquire” button on any of the product pages or email us with your memorial preferences.  After documenting your wishes, we will email you a proposal for your review and approval.
